Actions implementedProject promoted by a cooperative society of winegrowers with great experience, which has progressively diversified its agricultural activity. Initially they launched the Pago de las Encomiendas winery in the heart of Tierra de Barros, which opted for the differentiation, quality and positioning of the wines, using highly innovative methods such as the production of wines by direct gravity or the winery of Biodynamic aging, has such recognized brands as: Xentia, Unadir or Blue Tongue. In the framework of the Leader Approach 2007-2013, it continued to diversify its activity, complementing the winery with the creation of a wine tourism complex, adapting the existing facilities of a farmhouse-winery located in the heart of a vineyard in the town of Ribera del Fresno, in the vicinity of a Protected Natural Space, for use as a four-star hotel, the Hotel Bodega el Moral, which in addition to accommodation offers wine tourism services such as: buggy rides between vineyards, hot air balloon trips, horseback riding , viticulture courses, guided tours, Continuing with its diversification process, it has launched an Aerodrome in the vicinity of the hotel within the framework of the 2014-2020 Leader Program, with the aim of increasing the tourist offer, offering unique and Complementary such as: aviation classes, reconnaissance flights of the wine environment, for precision treatments of diseases of the vid, etc.
