Context, issues : INHA has implemented the "my shop trial" in the territory of the CCSP to support business creators and instill a new dynamic in the town centers.
This device is intended to allow a project leader to test, for a limited period of 6 months renewable once, his project within a vacant commercial premises of a city center or a town and to benefit from specific support. The goal is that it will sustainably sustain its activity. It brings together private and public players: the community, the downtown revitalization concessionaire, a lessor and the local business development support network. An ADOC approval committee is set up, composed of accountants, business leaders, bankers, lawyers, insurers ... from the territory.
This device makes it possible to revitalize a city center or a borough, occupy vacant commercial premises, give a strong signal to revitalize the city center. This allows project developers to find a good location, get a decent rent, test an idea and reduce the level of risk.
