Contexte (territory issues, targeted audience)Observation: in 2015, the municipality of Montagny (3000 inhabitants) had only one doctor who can’t cover the growing demand of appointment. Moreover, many inhabitants can’t find a referring doctor. The idea to create a health house was appropriate.
Issue: find an operating and management mode for the health house other than a company created by health professionals (the latter wanted to stay independent from the others).

Actions implemented2 years of reflexion to identify the needs, find 2 doctors, and 4 others health professionals (physio-osteopath, nurses, speech therapist) and exchange on the creation and the operating mode of the place (2015-2017)
-transformation of a Municipality’s building in a Multidisciplinary Health House (6 health professionals, waiting room and meeting room)
-administrative management of the locals by the municipality (electricity, water, maintenance, air conditioning) – the professional give to the municipality a rent and monthly service charge for the working. (calculated with pro rata of the occupied surface)

But the opening of the health House contributed to the reinforcing of the attractivity and the dynamism of the municipality. Note that the project registers in a more global plan of revitalisation of the municipality (installation of the fibber, renovation of one of the two school, tablets and digital equipment, re opening of a new grocery/shop in the old bar…)
