Creation of the Rur'halle, a multi-service hall bringing together the grocery store, the municipal postal agency and drop-off points for local producers, in the village of Villesèque des Corbières.

Contexte (territory issues, targeted audience)

2014: closure of the village grocery store.

The elected officials, who refuse to see the village without essential shops, decide to create a communal grocery store in the premise of the former foyer, unused since its transfer to the old cooperative cellar.

- bread and gas depot,
- municipal postal agency,
- IT space with wifi connection point,
- stands for itinerant traders,
