To boost the dissemination and sharing of hyper-local information in the Couesnon Marche region of Brittany, a partnership with the local social network has been set up.

How it is possible to boost the dissemination and sharing of hyper-local information without mobilizing the urban community's communication ressources ? The territory of Couesnon Marches de Bretagne, resulting from a fusion in January 2017 (19 communes, 21,830 inhabitants), found the answer thanks to a partnership with the local social network

Have dedicated work time to network animation, to avoid the breathlessness of the dynamics.

Outlook: in this territory, which is not well served by public transport but is experiencing a steady growth in the number of active people, the local social network could nevertheless serve as a lever to support new cooperative uses, such as carpooling.
