- Bring together the associations of the municipality and certain services
- Create synergies and pool spaces
Contexte (territory issues, targeted audience)Some associations of the commune have reported their problem of housing (dilapidated, outlying, isolated, too small or not accessible to people with reduced mobility).
On the other hand, the services of the Departmental Council (Maternal and Child Protection) and the Management Centre (preventive medicine) were housed in an unsuitable medical practice.
The elected representatives then took advantage of a possibility of land acquisition in centrality to set up the project to create a house of associations and local initiatives.
Target audience :
- Large public
- Local associations
- Departmental services
Actions implementedThe 400 m2, spread over 3 levels, includes a consulting room for the family offices of the Departmental Council (PMI) and the occupational medicine of Public Function, duty offices for the social partners, a meeting room equipped with a videoconference system, a convivial space, a room for soft activities such as yoga...
On the ground floor a 60m² commercial cell has been preserved.
The place is complementary to the public services house (MSAP) housed in the postal agency, the reception of the town hall and the local centre of the urban area.
