Context, issues : Association "Provence Verte Solidarités" wanted to extend its Health Care Package to the whole Provence Verte Verdon region in order to reach precarious populations who have difficulty accessing healthcare in the villages. Traveling in the villages, health professionals, volunteers, carry out medico-social assessments, guide and help the mobility of people to go to places of care.
Goals : The objective of the project is to promote the autonomy of precarious populations for prevention and care throughout the Provence Verte Verdon territory by improving their access to healthcare and rights while strengthening their capacity to make choices for their health and balance.
Targeted audience : Precarious populations
Actions implemented : This project aims to carry out a diagnosis of the health needs of precarious populations in Provence Verte Verdon (carried out in 2018 and released in early 2019). At the same time there is the setting up of permanences within the villages, with currently (August 2019) 3 permanences carried out a morning every two weeks (Rians, Saint Maximin the Sainte-Baume and Carcès).
For the diagnostic phase, 25 professionals and 48 precarious people responded to the questionnaires distributed. For the deployment phase of the hotlines, 21 people were accompanied in the first quarter of 2019 and 59 people were vaccinated.

Technical and human resources, partners : The project is currently (August 2019) calling on volunteers and employees:
o 1 welcoming volunteer for the permanences;
o 2 doctors;
o Driver as well as other doctors and dentists are to be mobilized.

o 0.6 FTE Development Officer;
o 0.4 FTE Nurse (recruited under the project).

- The Mutualité Française network IPSI, the health promotion facilitator of the Departmental Council and the closed educational center of Brignoles
Three partnerships have been signed to realize the permanence: Garrigues Association in Saint Maximin la Sainte-Baume, CCAS of Carcès and the Nouvel Horizon association in Rians.
