Context, issues : Allaire is a town of nearly 4,000 inhabitants, located in the extreme east of Morbihan. It is located in the first ring of Redon and is one of the 4 relay poles of the CC of the Pays de Redon, contributing to the territorial network. As such, it aims to provide a range of local services to the 16,000 inhabitants of the 9 neighboring municipalities. However, in recent years, momentum has slowed somewhat.
Goals : The municipality of Allaire has embarked on an ambitious initiative to strengthen the dynamics of use of the town center around public facilities, shops, services and housing.
Its goal is to reaffirm its attractiveness and centrality.
Targeted audience : large audience
Actions implemented : - The transformation of the commercial wasteland of 1568 m2, in the heart of the village (recreating a multifunctional space with a general food store, a multi-professional health center, a House of Public Services, around the employment services, taxes and social services).
- The house of solidarities integrates a grocery store, a cloakroom, a space of accompaniment
- The reconquest of urban spaces to densify the habitat
